Unless something has changed, I believe the Coronado's are off limits without special permission.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9143200634875010591.post-6835929213813862582017-02-24T02:20:02.021-08:002017-02-24T02:20:02.021-08:00Hey Bree, thanks for putting this up. I have been looking for a while ...Very interesting. I have been looking for a while for info but maybe you would know. The largest rattlesnake I have ever seen was on some bluffs south east of La Paz. It was an honest 6 feet long and started to rattle when I was about 100 feet away. This is no exaggeration, it was truly a huge snake. I have seen a lot of rattlesnakes in the 1-3 foot in my life but nothing even remotely close to this big. So I was surprised to read that most rattlesnakes in Baja are on the small size. I have seen three other rattlesnakes in Baja over the years but they were all about 1 foot. Any idea what species of rattlesnake gets that large in southern Baja? For lack of a better description it looked like your classic western diamond back but a bit lighter than ones in california and more light gray than light brown gray.

I spent 2 works paddling a sea kayak around Isla Angel de la Guarda about 15 years ago but never saw a snake. I did see chuckwalla's though. And a coyote which surprised me. Anyways, thanks.

BillHouseboat guyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15000126071579279023noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9143200634875010591.post-62539444378024919822015-04-01T15:42:42.621-07:002015-04-01T15:42:42.621-07:00I can't wait to go!I can't wait to go!Tarahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05038638529665024748noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9143200634875010591.post-42682132971371461132015-03-30T14:01:04.280-07:002015-03-30T14:01:04.280-07:00Wow, awesome!
